The cold and dark winters of Berlin call for mulled wine and yet the famous beverage has a taste that is too heavy and sweet for many. That is why Benjamin Fischer developed an alternative winter drink, made from organic unfiltered apple juice, vodka and seasonal spices. BERLINER WINTER is served hot, but feels refreshingly light.
