Erich Hamann Schokoladen
More than 100 years ago, Erich Hamann began to manufacture dark chocolates in Berlin. The small factory has been operating in Berlin’s Wilmersdorf district since 1928 and is still owned by the Hamann family. High cocoa powder and cocoa butter percentages, as well as controlled amounts of sugar, are some of the defining characteristics of traditional ERICH HAMANN SCHOKOLADEN recipes.
