Stauffenberg
The handcrafted STAUFFENBERG spirits, such as the classic dry gin, the aged gin, the vodka, or the various schnaps depending on the fruits of the season are all made by the hand of master distiller Franz Stauffenberg. He heats up the wood-burning fire underneath the copper still and watches over it, drop by drop, for about 8-10 hours until each of the small batches is ready for bottling. The process is almost medieval and yields small batches with some 180 bottles per batch.
