GOTTHARD GRAUBNER Exhibition

Gotthard Graubner (1930-2013), undisputedly one of the greatest German artists of his time, dedicated a lifetime of painterly work to the connection between color - body - space and light. With this presentation, Andreas Murkudis paid an intimate homage to an artist, who participated in documenta 4 and 6, who represented Germany at the Venice Biennale in 1982 and whose works are found in some of the most important public and private collections around the world. The exhibition opened during Gallery Weekend 2024 and Kitty Kemr, who runs the Graubner estate, was in attendance.
