IT’S DANISH

2022 marked the 20th Anniversary of the ANDREAS MURKUDIS universe. To kick off the anniversary celebrations, Andreas joined forces with 14 Danish brands and individuals – many of whom he’s been friends with for many years – to put together one large exhibition of Danish handicraft, design, fashion, food and literature. The entire endeavor was curated by Andreas and Martin Gjesing, co-founder of MOON Creative Agency. The opening event took place on Saturday, the 19th of February, 2022, in both STORE 81 and STORE 77. Traditional Danish Flødeboller – directly prepared and imported by Cafe Sicilia from the seaside town of Ebeltoft – and cardamon morning buns by Frederik Bille Brahe’s SOFI Bakery were served. The exhibition ran until the 19th of March, 2022.
