SHAKER SYSTEM by KVADRAT/RAF SIMONS

On Saturday, August 20th, ANDREAS MURKUDIS hosted the launch of the KVADRAT/RAF SIMONS Shaker System with a custom-made installation in STORE 77. The Shaker System is a storage system and edit of home accessories based around the power of one – one system, one color, one textile – infused with Simons’ fashion signifiers. All products are either made of or upholstered with KVADRAT’s iconic Vidar 4 fabric. The system comprises a horizontal bar inspired by the Shaker peg rail but more sculptural in its proportions, as well as color-coordinated key chains, caps, tote bags, shopping bags, woolen throws and cushions, leather-clad mirror trays, accessory boxes, leather magazine straps and storage sleeves. At ANDREAS MURKUDIS, two cube structures covered in the Vidar 4 fabric were set up to showcase the collection. In Germany, the collection was exclusively available at ANDREAS MURKUDIS.
