ASPESI is one of my favorite brands for basics. I share a long friendship with Alberto Aspesi, even though he hasn't been with the company for a while now. I opened two stores in Berlin and Munich with him. ASPESI remains a fantastic brand that offers excellent basic products in which everyone looks great.

ASPESI was founded in 1969 as a brand of shirts. Towards the end of the 1970s, Alberto Aspesi began designing Ready-to-Wear collections for men and women, collaborating with important designers such as Walter Albini and Franco Moschino. Its constant and rigorous research into the most innovative fabrics has always been one of the label’s most distinctive features. Under the auspice of creative director Lawrence Steele, ASPESI now embodies a minimalist, highly sophisticated and timeless approach to both men’s and women’s clothing.
