Originally from the USA, OPT STUDIOS is a husband and wife design team focused on creating visual dialogues. Their pieces question the boundaries between art and design, aesthetics and function, concept and practice. The Contained Abstraction Series, which can be found at ANDREAS MURKUDIS, consists of pigmented polymer plaster works. Highly intentional color compositions are contained within distinct shapes. The pieces are tangible, yet resist classification.
